Replaced a wedding florist’s Google Docs workflow with a CRM that quotes, costs and invoices every event.
The challenge
Every wedding was quoted in a separate document. Costs lived in someone’s head, revisions got lost and nobody could see at a glance which events were confirmed or which advances were still unpaid.

- 02Quotation builder with arrangement photos and sketches, revisions A / B / C on one quote number
- 03Inventory and arrangement recipes with live material costing, visible to the owner only
- 04Invoices that reference the quote and track booking fee, flower advance and balance
- 05Print-ready quotation and invoice PDFs in the brand’s own style
The result
Quotes, costs and payments for every event now live in one place, and the owner can see margin before saying yes.
